As for enforcing property rights, that would indeed be done with private security if it were needed. I expect there will always be a few idiots who think they can violate the NAP and get away with it, but I also believe the first year or so of AnCap would see most of them shot dead.
I'm mostly just into AnCap because it's a fun mental exercise. I don't expect we'll ever actually get rid of the State of course. Would be fun to see it tried out maybe just on a small scale.
