In honor of the coronation I made tacos!

I started with Costco 10lb ground beef log and cut off some and put in skillet. I then added paprika, chili powder, cumin, garlic and seasoning salt. I got a jar of my homemade tomato sauce from last year and I put sone of that in. I then diced up a slice of onion, threw it in, grated up some cheddar, asadero and monterrey jack cheese blocks and stirred it in with the Taco meat.

I then baked the Taco shells in the oven at 425 for 20 minutes and then flattened them out on the plate and lightly covered with sour cream. Then I poured the Taco meat mixture on top and squirted some of my own hamd made picante sauce. Aaaaaand DONE!

One of the best tacos I've made myself. My homemade picante sauce with apple cider vinegar gave it a nice zing. I think I will add it in to the mixture next time and not leave it till the end. I only think I may have used too much tomato sauce this time.

Alright everyone! Let's share secrets and tips!
