These cheese stuffed mini peppers are hands down one of the nicest salad additions I've tried. It's hard to find a picture (this one is taken from someone's recipe) but they normally come in 200g pottles or at deli counters and are marinated and very expensive! I don't recall the exact type but feta, ricotta, cream and goat cheese all seem common.
