What ratio do you go for? From what i've been reading it's around 10:1. Do you put a wet paper filter on top of the grounds to distribute water/reduce channeling? Cold bloom I suppose? Recommended flow rate is 1-1.5 drip/s, how many hours is ideal brew time? How fine grind are we talking? Most jap videos recommend a coarse grind but I wanna do this with specialty light roast so I imagine around pour over or finer.
