I have a semi portable propane oven, it's about the largest one person can easily move.
I haven't really used mine for anything other than pizza but the Internet leads me to believe you can make things like steak or roast veggies with it.

It really depends on the size, but you could put cast iron in there if you're careful about heat shock and cook things that cook quickly.

I make the dough, let it ferment for 30h at room temp, ball it, and 6 hours later bake it.
The recipe is just standard Neapolitan pizza dough made with idy.
I made more today for my grandpa and extended family but they all have the tastes of children so I made BBQ chimkin pizza.
One skin broke because I started turning it too early so that one burned pretty badly.

I just use calbal Neapolitan dough calculator for my recipe.
It's a 30h rt idy dough.
It burned because the dough was slightly over proofed and expanded too much when it got hot.
They were cut by hand so they were actually pretty thick, they didn't dry or really change shape much at all during cooking.
The pepperoni was ghost pepper pepperoni from underground meat market.

I do and I love mine, but it really depends on which one you get.
They all work well but it requires more or less effort and babying to get good pizza out of some.

I do have one, it's rather nice compared to the more common oonis or roccbox as well.
