This guy is proper S-Tier. Only thing I dislike about his videos is him sometimes skipping exact amounts of the ingredients used (especially fluids). Recipes are fantastic though, and if you go to his website you can usually find the exact numbers there.

He stopped making videos a year ago for whatever reason, which is a shame.

Yall guys ever heard of Adam Liaw, /ck/? Saw a vid about three days ago and been marathoning them.

His videos are pretty cozy and well informed. I never thought bug food looked so appetizing
