pan fry a pita pizza with fresh toppings then toaster over bake and it's years ahead of the crap you guy in the store. knife it into slices and you're good to do.

If you want someone fast, just olive oil and cornmeal up a greek pita and put your toppings on it and bake at 425 on a pre-heated stone. Having a cheap peel is handy.

buy the pizza parts and greek pita and make a pita pizza for cents on the dollar. And it's better. Crisp crust, personal sized. It's just better for 3 minutes more work.

I prepped a bunch of toppings for pita pizza last night for family. Just simple onion diced or sliced, hot peppers, pepperoni, ham, grated mozz, grated cheddar(I know), parm reg, oregano, fresh basil, fresh mushrooms, pineapple all to be slapped on a greek pita. Charred in a pan and finished in the oven.

Make your own poverty pizza. That's greek pita with 'pizza sauce' and good toppings.

When I need fast, cheap pizza I just make a pita pizza. I keep a tin of 'pizza sauce' in my pantry, frozen greek pita in the deep freeze, onion in the fridge, frozen pepperoni, and yes I freeze bricks of mozz too. Costco has great mozzarella. Toss it together, bake for 15 minutes and bobs your uncle.

Type in 'brick oven pizza youtube' and watch how those pie leaven and cook in a minute. The marbling on the underside. Every ounce of those pies are delicious. On an off day I cook shitty pita pizzas and still end up with an edible pseudo pizza.
