Chicken salad sandwiches. One 10-12 oz can chunk chicken, drained, mashed.(yeah,yeah, inb4 ew,gross... it's cheap and good.) A little chopped celery and onion. mayo. a little pickle relish. Black pepper. Iced tea. unsweet. the last plum and nectarine. Going shopping friday. tommorow. Might get some large wild caught shrimp or a ribeye if they have any that look decent. Definitely, vodka, gin, beer, jarritos pineapple. Though probably just end up eating tex/mex white trash chile.(ground beef, canned corn, canned chopped chillies, taco seasoning and texas pete. top with sour cream and eat with corn chips. After a drink or nine I have high aspirations but low motivation. At least I'm honest. Have a happy labor day weekend CK. Try not to get yourself between a rock and a hard place.

over That.) welcome.to answer your question, I alwaways put the bowwl down first Older now, but mostly bran flakes or shreaded wheat. some times chereos. once upon a time, captain crunch(cuts the top of my mouth but i still like it) I don' eat corn flakes, but rolling chicken thighs in crumbs with a bit of nutmeg and oven baking comes close to kfc. A slow moving and ponderous board. not always right. but I think with an honest question, few would do you harm. the ones that might, we hunt down and k...um I always but the bowl first, cereal, banana, splenda (don't get em started) then milk. not almond, or soy but 2% or 1%(see above) then I rinse the bowl and spoon. or let it wait. the earth is unlikely to come to an end over your or my opinion. that's why I like ck. like panning for gold. mostly nothing, but an occasional nugget most of us here have been twixt a rock and a hard place.you help others back down. no loss of face.
