>preheat pan on med-lo for 10 mins
>crack large egg into pan
>1m edges scrape free with spatula, middle still a bit stuck
>2m middle breaks free with spatula, can move egg freely
>3m flip
>4m can freely move spatula under entire egg, egg will slide around pan without difficulty
>5m done
There was no oil or butter in pan.
It was certainly not as slick feeling as a teflon, but I could slide it around in the pan just by swirling the pan after about 3+ minutes.
I took pics, but my stove is black, the pan was dark brown and the egg was all washed out, so it's just a solid, white blot--you can't even see the yolk--so the pics are crap. (Posted the one from the 4m mark anyway.)
