ok /ck/ im tired of shoveling down literal garbage each day

i have a fairly large but really shitty kitchen and not alot of equipment, what good food can i make for myself?
currently i can only access a shitty supermarket and one of those asian food shops that sell you literally everything from asia

what kind of food can a poor student like me get in a situation like this? i want something i can make and then eat for a week
also. student food and crappy homecooking general?
