yes, unless you tried another variety of it called "Gjetost", which is made out of goat milk. I find gjetost to be far better than regular brunost.
Gjetost might be easy to find in canada, i tried googling it and found out that it's being exported (or domestically produced, i'm not sure) under the brand name "Ski Queen".
