Apparently my mother didn't know how to cook for the longest time. Most girls I know can't cook or mistakenly think they can. Even my sister who cooks good says I'm better.

Not sure why this happens. I used to think it was mostly girls who cooked but that seems to be mostly misinformation these days with both guys and girls cooking.
