So a diabetic 65 year old on antibiotics with health conditions that in the middle ages would've killed her in a season had kidney issues after following a fad diet, what a shocker. but le vegetables bad amirite

So true. Italian food changed forever after tomatoes crossed over, when their poors were able to regularly afford meat in the US, after GI's vacationing in Italy invented carbonara and pizza.
