I slacked this year and have just started drinking them since the beggining of the month.

Here's a pic from this morning's Las Tolas ecuadorian light roast. Pulled it as a café crème (no milk in case you are wondering). It's has more place to express it's flavours, though it seems the coffee zigs when you expect it to zag you know?
Tomorrow morning i'll try it as a coffee filter, either coffee chronicler's supertasters french press, or Kasuya's switch recipe. Maybe you can help, which one would you pick?
