most burgers cant make a burger, every patty comes preformed and frozen. I personally recommend this as it's the easiest way to cook one even if it's not perfect and frozen. if you really want to be good at burg practice making smash burgers. the flip and scrape are essential to them, as is cast iron. save the scrap of your fuck ups for tacos or other ground beef meals.

motzaballs are dumplings made with eggs and are more like a dumpling that has a supremely meaty texture due to the egg than a meatball

As for why jews make them out of motza, theres a few reasons, one is jews are compulsive rulebreakers, so any time they are forced to experiance austerity by their religion they do their utmost to bend the experiance to be palatable to them through the use of making motza based products in place of flour.

Second, motza is robust and thin but it does have a shelf life and it can be broken down, so it's only natural that there will be leftovers just like with breadcrumbs, and there will also therefore be jews who need to find a way to use these leftovers. occasionally, their concoctions are so good that, getting to the final product is worth breaking the crackers down by hand, and if it's worth it by hand, why not do it by machine? so theres motza crumbs just like breadcrumbs.

Either way I recommend anyone try motza balls, the ammount of egg in them is truly obscene, it's not your ordinary boring chicken dumpling. the goyim origins of this food on the dispora or whatever meme words for history the yids keep seething about is lost on me, but theres a similar meal in asia minor and eastern europe where a dumpling is sliced and served with meat and gravy and some kind of salad sloppa. It was an interesting idea to me to take the jewish motza ball out of it's religious context and add cottage cheeze, since cheese is occasionally an ingredient in their dumplings in that part of europe, and slice it and eat it that way.
