Never understood people that drain fat from meat like this. it makes it taste better and it's a good source of low GI energy. When I'm cooking ground beef I add butter to make it even more delicious. Probably because of retarded boomers like my mum think that fat is unhealthy while eating highly processed white bread and nutella every day.
