>3.5 ounces of room temp butter
>5oz of creme fraiche
>1½ teaspoons of lemon juice
>S&P to taste
press most of the water from the tuna, mince it up with a fork, add the rest, mix together, tupperware that shit up and refridgerate.
Alternatively you can blend the mix before refrigerating for a smooth creamy texture.
mix together creme fraiche with a fuckton of dill and you have a dressing.
nice with toasted bread, and salads.

My friend is an awful cook. She keeps insisting she take a turn making food for all our friends when they come around to my flat on Sundays for dinner. I started the tradition for fun and practice at my favourite hobby, ya see- but the last two times she's cooked for us, it's been a bit of a train crash.
