I’m starting my third Hodeidah goffee, today I’m opening the Mexico Altura Superior Chiapas Adelita (100% Arabica) which has

>a delicate body with ripe fruit notes, milk chocolate and an aftertaste with wafer and malt notes

therefore I’m excited because I love Mexican chokky and malty goffee.

>tfw my first cuppa is quite acidic but the chokky is there

Wtf Hodeidah, their beans are so medium light roasted that I really need to dial in with my moka to find the sweet spot.

Oh well, fun time ahead.
