But then again, you got to know that good spices along with good ingredients is crucial for curry to taste very fucking good. Hell, you got to know how to pick proper coconut cream - cause if you picked a coconut cream that is 'freshly' made, and by that I mean is made thirty minutes ago, chances are its already sour tasting and you got to ask for him to make you a batch of coconut cream to get that incredibly good tasting sweet shit to mix in with the spices, thus elevating your curry into something oh so good.


So yes, that restaurant you're in is ripping you off but you got to know your shit before your curry taste spicy, a little salty and sweet nasty tasty rather than sour and kind of disappointing.
