The black-and-white-thinking extreme-and-obviously-unsustainable ascetic diet. My old roommate would talk big shit like that, about how this time he's really actually gonna knuckle-down and get it together by eating so-called meals like "A whole, unwashed, unpeeled, raw carrot". Bugs Bunny-style. Or "for lunch I just have broccoli and rice", meaning three florets and a quart, respectively.

Hate this stupid shit. Restriction-diets are mental illness.
