Just went to Costco and bought this. It's a Nordicware Nonstick High-Sided Oven Crisp Baking Tray.

I wanted to buy something with a rack so I could bake chicken, fish sticks and other meats elevated on the grill so the bottom wouldn't be soggy.

Just found out that it is only oven safe to 400 degrees. Wtf? That means no broiler I guess too.

What the fuck is the point of this then and is there a pan I can bake and broil stuff on with a nice elevated rack? Thank you,
