if you do a reverse sear, you run the risk of either overcooking the steaks still in the oven (to keep at temp), or you rush and overcrowd the pan and risk getting a mediocre sear

How do you guys usually cook your chicken breast? I've inadvertently stocked up on a shit ton of it and I need to cook it, and I was just looking for some new stuff to do with it

Usually I either bread it with fried french onions or marinate it in teriyaki, so my chicken breast recipes are basic, looking for something new
