so i'm following a diet thing from the myfitnesspal website. losing some weight. however i never seem to meet my daily protein requirement, even if i eat just straight up chicken breasts and shit. i found that tofu is really high in protein. my question to anyone familiar: is there such a thing as "shitty" protein, or something? like, if i eat tofu to hit my requirement, is this protein just as good as regular meat protein?

vegan and vegfags please don't respond. i know you eat the shit but you're all fucking morons, and i'd rather not hear your shit.

What can I make with tofu that doesn't suck, isn't salad, and isn't a sandwich spread.

I would make some kind of quiche, but I don't have pie crust.
