>hate veggies for most of my life
>serious health problems at 26 make me reevaluate my lifestyle
>force self to start incorporating vegetables
>start off with roasted veggies drenched in fat
>then worked my way towards boiled with just salt
>now can tolerate raw, but prefer boiled for most occasions
Holy fuck, bros. Was life always supposed to feel this good with a good diet? I fucking fiend for the greens now
They balance meals that are too rich.
They feel good to eat.
They make you feel good.
They make you shit good

usually I dont eat much or eat badly and lazily, but I recently decided to start eating healthily, for my mental and physical well-being

for the past 2 weeks or so I've been eating a vegetarian diet with lots of vegetables including mushrooms, olives, tomatoes, onions, spinach, lettuce, with cheese and eggs and nuts and fruit and yogurt.

I really like vegetables and I'm really enjoying myself, but tonight I feel like shit. my stomach feels heavy and I feel nauseous. I think maybe I'm taking it too far.

am I eating too much veg? can that be bad for you? should I balance it out with something else? some meat? more carbohydrates?

tl;dr:
I started eating lots of veg/fruit with some dairy and carbs. it's tasty but I feel sick. should I cut down on veg and eat some different things?

>he still eats meat and dairy

Why are you still that disgusting, heart disease-inducing thing commonly known as meat? When will you join the vegan master-race?

I'm terrified of heart failure but can't stop eating the junk food that my family keeps around because I'm hungry as shit and only really know how to make eggs, chicken, and tuna salad. I'm wanting to know any vegetable dishes that I can make that won't contribute to atherosclerosis but also won't leave me feeling empty inside still. I'm especially interested in trying foreign dishes (I live in Burgerland).
