There is no sodium in it. It's "salt" in the sense that it's flavoured with the salt of ammonium, sal ammoniac, salmiak. Ammonium chloride. The stuff that makes salty licorice taste as it does.

I'd recommend trying it on ice cream.

sure

I used 3 chicken breasts with simple seasoning

Brown them in an over safe skillet with 1 Tbsp olive oil over high for about 3 minutes on each side

Put em' in a 450 degree oven for 9 minutes

Remove the chicken from the pan and wrap in foil

Put the pan and drippings back on medium/high heat and add 1/2 cup chicken broth and 1/4 cup unfiltered apple cider to bring to a boil. Scrape and deglaze the pan. Once it comes to a boil reduce it to medium/low and simmer for about 5 minutes then whisk in 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

In another pan heat 1 Tbsp butter 1 Tbsp Olive Oil over medium/high. Add Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved (I used a whole package of fresh ones) saute 2 minutes or until lightly browned. Add 1/4 cup chicken broth and pinch or two of salt and a couple cracks of pepper. Cover em' up for 4-5 minutes or until crispy/tender

Put chicken back in it's original pan then dump the sprouts in there too. Pour a few splashes of cream over it and let it all simmer on medium/low for 5 more minutes.

Serve with Herb Roasted Potatoes
