Hi there fellow chefs. At the moment im eating this fresh sallad. I love a nice hamburger once in a while but i also know the importance of a varied diet. That's why i excercise daily and don’t drink more than two cans of soda a week. I used to eat a lot of fast food and it had a negative effect on both my mood and my body. Thanks to my new diet I’m happier and more physically fit than ever. Also, this sallad taste great!
