Whats the scientific consensus on the consumation of milk?

Considering that modern indutrialised cows get milked throught nearly the full pregnancy and get made pregnant multiple times a year to give even more milk, it's obvious that modern milk is not comparable to the milk we drank even 100 years back in time. The following study also made me thinks.

I also read that only around 10% of the hormons survive the stomach acid and remain active. So the question is, how much estrogens do we really consume with each Liter of milk?
