Pho is my favourite dish is all the world, that I've discovered so far. But I've tasted a lot of pho I didn't like. Bland, insipid, unbalanced, too sugary....

Maybe you did not have a good experience? There's a lot of variety, some of it is the real authentic stuff, but many places sell shit tier pho, or label "pho" something that's not worthy of the name.

Also there is northern and and southern Vietnam style pho, witch many important differences. Maybe one of the two would suit your tastes better.

Give it a other chance maybe?
