If I'm paying cash, I'll throw the change into the tip jar which I guess gets split between everyone at the end of the shift (or perhaps it's the end of the week who knows), but I so rarely have cash on me nowadays that it's rare. But then again I live in a country where "tipping" isn't as customary as it is in the US. Tipping here isn't something that's implementing a persons income because of a lack of liveable wage, it's more a nice gesture.

That said, give it a few years and I'm sure we'll catch up to your hellhole of a civilisation.
