Capability to digest plant matter =/= omnivorous

Horses will sometimes eat baby chickens. Does that mean they're omnivorous?

The reason people are reversing autoimmune conditions and metabolic diseases is because we can tolerate plant matter and sugar when we're healthy, and we do worse with it when we're sick.

also, "most people", according to you, actually seem to be getting reduced in number. Don't try to be a smartass, and look me in my (figurative) eyes when you know that most people are "suddenly" developing more and more allergies/dietary intolerances.
It's not as simple as you'd like to think it is.

You really think my condition came about suddenly? It's damage that I've slowly done to myself with innapropriate goyslop, and I wasn't even eating "american" levels of processed food. Some people get this kind of shit in their 20s, some get this kind of shit in their 40s.

I'll be honest, sometimes it gets a little boring. But eating nose-to-tail and cooking meat in a variety of ways helps alleviate that boredom. There are carnivore diet variations which include avocado, eggs, hard cheeses - I'm only on the strictest version (red meat /only/) because it's the one that's recommended for the severity of my condition. The cravings for other things go away a few weeks after starting the diet, and I think that's in part because of hormone regulation (ghrelin/insulin/leptin), as well as always having my B vitamins at high levels. You never feel tired, unsatisfied, etc after a meal. You don't get that feeling of "ugh i'm hungry again" soon after because your blood sugar is always stable, and that in part affects people's desire to snack.

I only drink water, and sometimes the broth from braised short ribs/veal shank. I personally advise against having coffee, simply because I don't think it's worth being reliant on a stimulant to operate normally, or ruin one's biological clock.
Personally? I'll be introducing back some teas at some point.
