Imagine not getting a rice cooker with a stainless steel pot
Two buttons, all you'll ever need

Had it for almost a decade now, never failed me
Sure, stainless is probably no where near as fast as aluminium, but its much easier to clean, and I can just use the same metal spoon I'm using instead of having to wash an extra scoop

just pick one with a decent safety rating and a stainless steel inner pot so you dont have to worry about scratches, use boiling water if you think its too slow compared to the aluminium ones
Water to rice ratio is about 2 cups of water for 1 cup of rice, plus minus depending on how absorbent your rice is. If its undercooked, just pour a bit more water in and press the button again. Dont think too hard about it OP
