Hi, /ck/. I have a question.

First off, I have an issue where I eat way, way too fast to the point where I think I don't even taste the food sometimes. This in turn causes me to overeat, feel insanely uncomfortable and sick and I end up vomiting. It's especially true when it comes to food that should be hot.

How do I train my brain and myself to slow the fuck down? Sheer willpower doesn't seem to ever work for me.
