I usually just eat one at a time, these mini binder clippers are great for resealing the pouch with the leftover in it, then I put it in a ziplock bag. That way I'm sure that my poptart wont become a stale tart like an ex girlfriend.

I use little blinder clippers, they're perfect.
Fold something over a bit and then there's goes the binder clipper.
Gotta learn this stuff from secretarys in offices, they know what's up.
