I use softboiled eggs in my ramen too. There's a lot of ways to eat eggs in ramen. On your vegetables you need to start working with carrots, potatoes, and onions. These are the cheapest and most filling. You can put them in a billion dishes. Potatoes in particular can take a stew or soup with a few dollars of meat and make it a meal.
