Paprika, salt, pepper, dried garlic, dried ginger, cayenne pepper combined would make a good rub.
Alternatively, marinate in a plastic bag with soy sauce, worcestcire, chopped garlic, ginger if you have it, sriracha, and pretty much anything else you can think of.
