Mageiritsa (literally translates to little cook).

It's a soup made with green vegetables, rice, dill and lamb viscera, mainly liver and sometimes lungs.

Traditionally eaten at Saturday night before Easter in Greece.

People swear up and down that it's delicious. Personally just a whiff is enough to make me nauseous.
