>decide to get a famous Chicago style hot dog from a cart outside my downtown hotel

After they left I found a police offer but he refused to do anything about the assault that occurred to me. I don’t understand what I did wrong, all I asked for was ketchup with my hotdog. Is this illegal in Chicago or something? Maybe it’s not halal?
