Human biodiversity is a simple fact. Koreans tend to have wide, square jaws. This doesn't fit well with the conception of beauty that the Koreans have (triangle shaped jaw, thin lips, enormous eyes, jet black straight hair, enormous tits, pencil thing waist and hips, thin shoulders, long stick legs) which is based on (Modern) Chinese beauty standards, so Korean women frequently get plastic surgery. One of these procedures "shaves" the jawline. This gets blamed on Americans because White people invented plastic surgery, but Korean beauty standards are ultimately just Chinese in nature (the thin hips and small buttocks gives it away).
