I don't really care for most "Christmas" beers, but yeah, you can definitely cellar Noel. If I buy a Christmas beer it's usually Santa's Little Helper from Port, but I think they're just an underrated brewery in general (and I'm not even SoCal, so it's often a chore to get my hands on anything fresh). On the other hand, I've been drinking Mellow Corn for years (it's what I drink when I run out of vodka) and only recently found out that it's apparently a "meme" or "hard to find". I've tried all the bottom and mid-shelf shit, and just settled on the things I like relative to the price point. That's why I usually drink Seagram's - which, despite being really inconsistent in quality, is still my favorite value vodka when I'm typically going through half a handle a day.
