I'm sauteing cabbage and will make sauerkraut from the rest. I looked at the cabbage water (no pepper or anything, just a bit of pickling salt to taste) and realized it's dechlorinated. Can I use it for topping off the sauerkraut jar? It's a lil bit sweet.
