first michelin starred restaurant I ate at. They googled me before I came in to eat and found out I was a cook at a michelin starred place in the city, and hooked it the fuck up. Awesome food, awesome hospitality. Currently instagram buddies with the chef and bev director.

LITERALLY PERFECT. Best tasting menu in the city. Awesome vibes, perfect food, perfect wine pairings. They found out I was industry and SERIOUSLY hooked it up. I loved it so much I stagéd and almost ended up working there but then I took another job instead.

obviously good. Always a good time. USQ is known for making it nice. Basically everyone cooks there or has cooked there at some point. Beautiufl market fresh shit
