Nice, any idea how long the powders last in a sealed jar? I made my own onion and garlic powders, and they're clumping up as expected however they seem to be doing just fine a few months after the drying.

I got a little (lot) drunk and while making some beef jerky, put a few fillets of anchovies on some freespace. Sure enough, they dried out into super salty fishy crunchy bits. I'll bet that could substitute for a bit of salt in the soup packets.

I got drunk the next day and ate them dry.
