I get a footlong veggie delight on honey-oat bread with only one scoop of tuna spread along it evenly. Salt and pepper and light mustard on the tuna, avocado slices atop that with swiss cheese atop that, not toasted. Lettuce and spinach along the bottom, tomatoes, cucumbers and pickles along the top. Bellpeppers, onions, olives, and cilantro atop the spinach and lettuce, oregano tops it off. Throw it in the fridge for about 30 minutes and when ready to eat, dispense oil and vinegar.

Eat it with whole-grain sun chips and tea cut with water.
