no sugar, no synthetic sweetener, either the erythritol or the stevia extract leaves a slight aftertaste but it is not at all unpleasant, organic, about the same price as bars of otherwise similar size and quality as sold on amazon, the chocolate tastes great, 6 flavors are apparently manufactured.
other than the erythritol and stevia its ingredients are the same pretty much as other bars that are sold

i have been eating like 1 bar a day.
