>Regular Chicken stock 32 ounces, $3
>Cut up some russet potatoes $1
>Spicy or Mild Italian Sausage $4
>Heavy Creamer $3
>Cilantro $0.70
>Garlic, 3 cloves, $0.50
>Salt and Pepper
>Cayenne pepper (optional) $1.00
>Yellow Onion $0.70

Cut up half the yellow onion into small pieces, mince the garlic cloves and let them brown in a pot with some oil. Add the cayenne pepper if you want, along with the salt and pepper. While that shit's cooking, cut up the potatoes and get the sausage into small, bite-sized balls.
Cook the sausage in another pan, then toss it in the pot. After you have all that done, pour in the chicken stock, then add a cup of water and throw in the potatoes, and let that shit simmer for about 30 minutes.
Throw in a cup of heavy creamer and some cilantro at that point. Taste and season however you want.
Instead of oil you can also fry up some bacon and cook everything in that as an alternative.
