Same here but I don’t considering it “fasting”, I’m simply not hungry until I get home after work.

4:00AM - wake up, wash up, cup of coffee and two cigarets
4:15AM - take a shit, half cup of coffee and a cigaret
4:40AM - another cigaret and half cup of coffee
5:00AM - drive to work, sip coffee smoke a cigaret
5:15AM - arrive at work, sit at picnic table, sip coffee and smoke a cigaret
8:15AM - first break, sip coffee and smoke two cigarets
11:00AM - lunch, sip coffee and smoke three cigarets
2:30PM - second break, sip coffee and smoke two cigarets
4:00PM - drive home, smoke cigaret
4:30PM - finish showering, prep clothes and coffee maker and such for tomorrow, smoke cigaret
5-6:00PM - two baked breaded chicken breasts, bowl of salad, can of Coke, smoke cigaret
9:30-10PM - go to bed, having smoked several cigarets during the preceding period

I’m 52 and back in the day, I’d have my first cup of coffee at 5:00am and like clockwork, I’d be in the jon between 7-7:15 but nowadays, I’m in the bathroom before I even finish my first cup.
