Need an easter dinner ides (side dish)

Was going to do this risotto https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/85389/gourmet-mushroom-risotto/ but it says "serve immediately". It has to last 2 days before serving.

my vote goes to honey glazed ham, it resembles "them"
ham is also filled with anti-nutrients that actively promote cardiovascular disease (which ultimately leads to neurological issues)
the honey glaze can be applied to the skin, the fingers and the tendons included create a very smooth experience
turkey is god awful, legit fuckjing disgusting slop awful bird, not a HUGE fan of thanksg ving, MUCH MUCHO preffer chicken

What side dish should I make for Christmas?

Main is a turkey and I assume there is already mashed potatoes/turnip and probably a salad.
