I dropped a empty frying pan once and didn't wash it. It's not like the inside of the pan can touch the floor and it's about to get hotter than holy hell anyway.

And then I just decided to quit it all. Wasn't even a struggle or anything, I just decided to quit and my body didn't give me shit for it.

My question for cooking chicken breast is this anons. I recently bought one of those gimmicky 7 in 1 cookers (which has actually been great so far). It comes with a steaming function i want to try. So the question is, should i sear the chicken before/after i steam it or just steam it? Any tips for steaming chicken?
