Just look at the picture: dry mozzarella, bbq, a knockoff of an NY pizza, potato chips, and vanilla brownies
Literally nobody goes to st.louis and thinks about anything on that picture (except for the cardinals)

The only exception is Hawaii/Alaska and maybe NY. Everything else is just an interchangeable shopping mall.
