Trump just stands really fucking weird. He's old as shit and doesn't take care of himself even remotely, its natural to have some weird posture issues at his age and in his condition. Like him or not it really shouldn't fucking matter how an old fatass stands. He is really narcissistic and focused on projecting an image so it wouldn't be surprising if it was shoe inserts as well. Support him or not the way he stands really should have no relevance to your opinion of him - there are plenty of other reasons to have opinions about him, same as the hands and his high pitched voice.
